Powerful Daelim S-Five

Hey there, I'm wondering if someone could help me put together a full setup for my Daelim S-Five. My goal is to make the bike capable of doing wheelies when I twist the throttle. My budget is pretty high, basically unlimited. And send a website to buy parts for it.

From my memory, a big bore (70cc) cylinder and another (12.000 RPM) CDI will be needed...
Furthermore, it is important that the standard limiters are removed from the engine and the new exhaust!
Please note that you also need a larger carburetor than the stock one....
